By-Laws change in rules to encourage participation
Changes in By-Laws must be made public at least 15 days before the meeting where the members vote on them. The proposed change is to remove from the paragraph pertaining to election of Members at Large the phrase “provided that all officer positions are filled.” This change will allow more Members at Large to serve. By-Laws already include provisions for handling Officer vacancies. View current by-laws.
